Hi, how do i know if i have tonsil stones? one of the spots came out today so im thinking thats what i have... how do i get rid of them if thats what it is and is that why my throat still hurts?

Milk them!: The tonsils , when they are enlarged frequently have deep indentations into which dental plaque bacteria can gain access, multiply and harden. The tonsil needs to be massaged from rear (back of the throat) to the front to milk the plaque out. the openings or ducts can be scratched or torn slightly by this process and can hurt.
