If you have been seizure free for over 5 years and the seizures are managed by dilantin. is there a chance you can have another one of constantly feel like one is coming, fatigue, and headache worser when laying down. going on for 3-4 days?

Your seizure-free period of 5 yrs is indeed encouraging and unlikely that you would have a breakthrough event if you don't miss your Dilantin. However, if you have changed weight, begun taking additional medications, or have gastrointestinal issues, your blood level may change and this should be checked with dose adjustment if needed.
