You are sick with something else, not an impeding seizure. Please take Dilantin religiously and if those symptoms get worse, you should be checked by urgent care or hospital.

Intermittent anti-epileptic medication is a recipe for breakthrough seizures. Get back on a regular schedule, check your drug levels, but until stable, do NOT drive, operate power equipment, do activities at heights, take a bath or swim alone. Your other symptoms sound infectious, and recommend COVID-19 testing, just to be safe.
