Unlikely seizures: Studies have shown that if a patient goes 2-4 seizure free years on medication, 70% will be able to discontinue medication without a recurrence. Your Dilantin level of 2.3 is well below the level that is considered the therapeutic range. Therefore, speak to your doctor about the risk of discontinuing medicaion
