Very low: There is little information for a period as long as 15 years. A dilantin level of 3.1 is very low and unlikely to be preventing seizrues from occuring, so it is unlikely that another seizure will occur. Best figures are that after 2-4 years free of seizures, 75% of people will remain sseizure free when medication is discontinued
