Covid gives mild to severe symptoms of a 'cold' initially and its course is variable. Chances of it surviving for 2days in tobacco juice are minimal. Pneumonia too can be without symptoms but mostly will cause fever and cough. If your symptoms persist pl see your MD. It could be just a co-incidence that you tasted the spit and just have the common cold.

Possibly but definitely not probably. We cannot examine you or diagnose you in this forum. Call your GP and report your symptoms. If you don't have a GP (and you should), someone that has baseline records and whoknkows you individually, try Urgent Care.
