Talk to your doctor: Hi, your symptoms do indicate possibly an infection but to evaluate you properly, you need let your doctor know. It could be other reasons than covid too. It all depends on your current health and your medical history. Testing is your doctor’s decision. Please practice physical distance and stay home. If breathing is getting difficult then seek immediate medical attention.
