Self diagnosed conditions have to be confirmed in order to be addressed properly. Specifically serious conditions, such as anorexia need to be assessed timely. Start with your doc, based on findings a plan will be delineated.

As mentioned by my colleagues, initially rule out an underlying medical condition affecting appetite. If none is uncovered, have a psychiatric consultation regarding precise diagnosis, as such conditions as depression, may be causing anorexia. Once conclusive impression has been reached, appropriate therapy can commence. Wish you well.
