Could there be a healthier way of anorexia?

Anorexia Nervosa: Are you asking if there are other behaviors that can be used besides laxatives, diuretics, starvation, induction of emesis & over-exercising to cause anorexia nervosa? If i knew them, i wouldn't teach them to people who have serious eating disorders. The bottom line is that this is not healthy regardless of the approach one uses to get there.
