If you are not at risk for sexual transmitted disease (STD), just watch the lesion and keep it dry, clean your penile glans daily next 3 days with mild soap. If you think you are exposed to someone who may have STD, see your doctor if the lesion does not resolve in 3 days.

What it is without exam is hard to say but sounds like a slght irritation/infection. Wash gently with soap and water and appl any OTC antibiotic ointment. It should heal. If not see a Urologist
