You need to be exami: When you weigh 450 lbs it may not be possible to get reliable emg/ncv examinations. You need to be examined to determine what could wrong. Anything is possible.

See detail: You really should be more concerned about weighing 450 pounds. As time goes on the weight will continue to damage body parts. Commit to a radical change in life style before it is too late.
