Fibrosis may be detected by HRCT and there are patterns which help to determine the type of fibrosis. The DLCO test, sux minute walk and Pulmonary Function test are useful and there are biomarkers available. Please describe your symptoms and duration of symptoms.

HRCT is usually suggestive of diagnosis. The question remains as why do you believe you have pulmonary fibrosis, while the objective evidence- imaging is not reflecting changes of fibrosis in the lungs.
