In my abdominal ct, it noted minimal bibasar subsegmental ateloctasis and / or linear fibrosis (lungs). how bad is this and should i get a full lung scan? ive done a lot of home repair that likely exposed me to dust etc?

This means your lower lungs were not being inflated. It could mean you were not taking a deep breath. You could certainly have a CT of your chest to see if there are any other abnormalities. You could also see a lung doctor once the scan is done. Good luck to you!
