It all has to do with what has caused the increase in creatinine levels. Most commonly hydration will result in improvement, that does not apply to all cases, but the majority of them. In advanced kidney failure dialysis might be needed.

Overwhelmingly this is due to kidney disease. So the treatment will be directed to that. In many cases the creatinine level stabilizes with treatment but there is no medicine specifically directed to normalize creatinine.
