By UPTODATE: There is no evidence that the measurement of postvaccination antibody titers to monitor immunity is useful for determining who is protected against infection by the vaccine-targeted types. HPV vaccines have demonstrated durable protection from HPV-associated diseases, and there is no evidence that revaccination is necessary.
