This partly repeats your earlier question. Probably substantial or total protection persists for over 10 years, even as vaccine-induced antibodies decline. T cell memory is one mechanism by which immunity may be sustained. However, the actual effectiveness of preventing HPV after 10 years is uncertain. If you remain concerned, there is no harm in having a single booster dose of Gardasil.
