The orchiopexy might be too late to revive the testicle because of severe and prolonged ischemia. There is nothing you can do at this point.

The testicle was probably torsed for a long time and the blood supply got cut off for longer than 3hrs, and lead to atrophy. Unfortunately you cant control it. But you have a good testis on the other side and they fixed it. If so you will be fine.
