Unfortunately, the Covid-19 antigen test has low sensitivity, i.e. miss to detect the virus, so I would suspect you are probably infected but there's nothing to worry. Most cases in young people are mild, especially if you get the Omicron variant. You can take acetaminophen for headache, sore throat or fever above 101. You should isolate yourself for at least 5 days although you're (-).
