I fasted for my 1 hour glucose test which was taken in the morning even though it wasn't required to fast. i failed with a 152. do i have a chance of passing the 3 hour test if i failed even while fasting?

You are correct the second step is likely positive as well because your sugar level was quite high even with fasting but you should know that the first step is only for screening not a diagnostic test. Good luck and take good care of your baby.

You should take the second 3-hour test. The one hour is a screening test and screening tests are designed to have a high sensitivity so as not to miss potentially abnormal results, but in the process produce many false positives. Wish you good health.
