I had one medjool date last night at 10pm. i was told to fast 8 hours for my 3 hour glucose test, could the date raise my blood sugar & affect the result the test today?

As long as you fasted 8 hours after your last intake of food, it will not affect the test results. One date is not likely to affect the results even if it interrupted your 8 hour fast. Wish you good health!
