The echo should show left ventricular hypertrophy and mild pulmonary hypertension too because all the other findings are usually seen in patient with history of chronic, poor controlled hypertension. If that is your history you are being treated but I doubt that low Losartan dose is enough. At your age with those echo findings, blood pressure needs to be optimally controlled, less than 120/80.
