My hsv1 was 52.30 igg and 1.23 igm. i have been having horrible face pain on right side for months (no sores)...and neck pain (back of neck). now it has spread to the left side with no relief. is this the virus attacking my trigeminal and occipital?

Trigeminal neuralgia is sudden, brief, and intermittent; but constant facial pain would not be due to this cause. Do wonder about TMJ or dental causes, if persistent. Back of neck pain would not be in distribution of occipital neuralgia. Suggest you visit physiatrist and dentist and seek focused answers.
