??Too ill??: Doesn't make too much sense- unless the tooth abscess is addressed, it can develop into a blood infection or even worse, a meningitis - if it hurts like heck, you feel ill, and have some other signs such as night sweats or fever, get to the ed immediately. Since your case is complicated, it would be more appropriate to ask your doctor now, rather than posing your question in this venue.

It is urgent!: Tooth abscess if left untreated, can be life threatening. The infection can increase significantly in 1-2 days. Get treated asap.
