Chest pain: Your tests are somewhat reassuring. Other causes of chest pains are rib cage disorders like pinched intercostal nerve or muscle that runs between 2 ribs, inflammation of breastbone rib joint, esophageal disorders, pulmonary embolism. The heart pounding could be from anxiety. Your physician is best qualified to advise you,however.
