You appear to have several dental issues that require immediate attention. The paresthesia you are experiencing in your lip may or may not be related to the extraction. Disregarding obvious signs of infection (swelling) and loss of sensation (paresthesia) is not prudent. Make it a priority to see a dentist for care... your teeth and overall well-being depend on it.

You should see an oral surgeon or a Good general Dentist who will take X-rays and find out why you still have pain and treat accordingly.
