Nearly a year ago i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed (at age 24) since then i have been numb in my lower left lip. now for 2 days i have had an intermittent twitch on my top left lip/cheek area. could this be from the damaged nerve healing?

A nerve damage, if recovered, usually happen the most in the first year. Try to massage the area may help but it is hard to predict if the condition of alter sensation (parenthesis) will be fully reversed.
