Got all wisdom teeth out- numbness in lower lip and chin 12 hours later. can't be from the local since that wore off. maybe a nerve? is it permanent?

Paresthesia: Not an uncommon post operative issue. Usually not permanent, but you need to call your oral surgeon immediately to advise them of the situation. There are treatments to help the nerve heal which should be started if they are warranted.
