I answered your previous answer. TSH level needs to be rechecked along with free T4 level. If TSH remains low and T4 is high or in the high side of normal range, dose of thyroid medication should be reduced. MCH is high which may need to be investigated if your husband is anemic or if he is at risk for liver disease, e.g. chronic alcoholic or history of chronic hepatitis, even normal blood test.
