Your predicted maximal heart rate is around 170 beats per minute. It is generally recommended that approximately 60-65% of your
predicted maximal heart rate be achieved and maintained for the duration of your activity. Better to get there gradually if you are not used to brisk activity. Most importantly. get "clearance" from your doctor before you proceed. Good luck.
