I took flecanide this morning after waking up with afib. my rhythm seems to have returned to normal, but my heart rate has remained at 115 for nearly 14 hours. i feel fine, went for a brisk walk earlier. how long before the rate returns to normal?

Always check your heart rate at your wrist with your finger if you are using app to do it. A fib confuses many devices. Same for BP devices.

You should contact your PCP or cardiologist and get an EKG to see if the underlying rhythm is normal or if you are still in afib or other atrial arrhythmia.
