Consult a urologist: Recurrent urinary infections may be related to the anatomy of your kidneys or bladder, or by certain behaviors, such as not emptying your bladder frequently enough, or wiping from back to front with toilet tissue. Since recurrent urinary infection can lead to more serious problems, it's advisable to ask your primary M.D. for a urology referral, in addition to evaluating your current symptoms.
