If it is Omicron, then there is a very good chance that you will catch it, but it will be a very mild illness much like a common cold. If Delta, then less of a chance, but your exposure was concentrated location wise and long time wise, so you might still catch that. Again it will most likely be a mild infection.

Agree with other doctors,but do recommend you get tested at 5-7 days (or sooner if you have symptoms) from exposure and wear a mask when around others until you know you are negative in that time frame. Watch for symptoms until 14 days after possible exposure and test again if develop symptoms.Although you may not get that sick, you may infect others, so it’s important to follow those precautions.
