Did you feel palpitations during the ectopic beats? If not you may need a more prolonged period of monitoring to determine the extent of arrhythmias you experience during palpitations. Have you had an EKG? Excitement causes release of adrenalin which can provoke various arrhythmias including PVC's PAC's. They're benign unless they're very frequent or high grade.and your EKG is normal.

Stress of any type, including "sexual arousal" may cause "extra beats", but if the Holter and ECHO are "normal", with no accompanying chest pain or dizziness, it is still better to see a cardiologist at age 41.
