It is still good most of the time and it is not dangerous if you use it after the expired day.

The inhaled medication should be used in a prescribed respiratory plan. A Flu and COVID-19 vaccine are recommended. Avoid taking the medication without follow up. Avoid smoke, allergic triggers and watch for shortness of breath.
