Acceptable plan: If pt has had multiple episodes of bronchiolitis with wheezing or persistent wheezing, it may not be a bad idea to put on a daily dose of inhaled steroids to see if it can decrease inflammation and improve breathing/cough etc. Given these exacerbations happen more in the winter due to more viral illnesses, it makes sense to continue until the spring
