This should be evaluated by a neurologist, to make sure it's not a sign of neuropathy that could be a sign of systemic disease -- especially if you have any other areas with numbness or tingling. Are you diabetic or at risk (like family history or obesity)? Heavy alcohol use?

Penile sensation is a major factor in erections so you do not have any major problem.. It is difficult to explain your symptom without exam. If worried pl see a neuro or urologist..
