I have discomfort around my vaginal area, it's not intense but enough to bother me. it doesn't hurt to pee or does the pee smell or is discolored. is this a uti and should i see a doctor for this?

It depends on the degree of discomfort and the duration of your symptoms around the vaginal area. UTI is not the likely cause unless you have increased frequency of urination and there is sense of urgency or pain while you feel like go to the toilet to urinate. Unless the symptoms go away within one week, I would suggest that you see your PCP for a pelvic examination and a urine check(urinalysis).

This is not the typical symptoms of UTI so I doubt if you have it. First look for usual causes like tight or uncomfortable underwear, local hygiene any skin problem. If none you will have to be examined
