A member asked:

I want to reduce the chances of my future children inheriting asperger's syndrom. i am a 30-year-old male with no kids. so, how much time do i have?

No one knows: Asperger's syndrome is not known to be inherited though genes are thought to play a role. If you are referring to a heightened incidence with an advanced fathers age autism is the full spectrum condition that has been connected to advancing age. Rule of thumb: men's genetic mutations double every 16 yrs. So sooner is better than later.
