Like anyone else: Aspergers is not a well defined condition. The major defect is poor social and verbal skills. Anyone may be overly sensitive to excess stimulation. Anyone can over-react and freak out when excessively startled. All of us, even those with Asperger tendencies, need to learn to calm and tolerate the excess stimuli around us. A child with Asperger symptoms can not avoid alarms just tolerate.

It depends...: Like any other human, people with asperger's will react to a change in the environs as you and i might. A person with aspergers tends to want a routine in the day, more so then others and a disruption may lead to difficulty adjusting to the disruption. Aspergers is a spectrum for severity. The more severe the disorder to more fixed in the routine, and the more that person will react to a change.
