How to get rid of fear about tv, a/c , etc from my 7 year old aspergers son?

Gentle exposure: Each of us find anxiety in certain situations. A person with aspergers is more likely to be anxious. We all learn to tolerate and accept uncomfortable settings. Read "the curious incident of the dog in the nighttime". He will have to learn on his own in a timely manner. Allow definite but gentle exposure over time.

Several options: You could work on helping him understand them-maybe a social story(carol Gray), if severe fears might be worth considering a medication
