Yes: Patients with ocd and asperger's tend to also have anxiety issues and anxiety can worsen heartburn symptoms.

Aspergers: Often aspies can struggle with anxiety which can result is a variety of issues. Some if these can include ulcers and panic. Rule out physical issues and seek cbt from a licensed psychologist. Here is a quick take on aspergers. Autism spectrum and aspergers in 8 mins. Check it!
