Can a 3 months c section incision get infected? i am 3 months post c section and my incision being really itchy. and i still have lower abdomen pain and bit sore. and a bit pain when i sneeze?

What you describe does not seem like infection. If there is no redness or swelling on the scar use baby oil gently and use some type of abdominal support and local dry heat. If not better in a few days see your OBGyn.Hope you feel better
