Headache, hallucinations, increased depression/anxiety muscle weakness double vision, stuttering and speech issues, memory loss apathy, nausea multiple times a day every day new developed phobia increased irritability and so on is this a brain tumor?

That diagnosis would be pretty far don my list of possibilities, Write down all these symptoms with timelines for each and schedule a visit for an evaluation. It is worthy of the effort & treatment should be possible.

Appears that all these symptoms should be evaluated and sorted out. A brain tumor does not act this way, but some neurological conditions could explain. The emotional concerns could be addressed by counseling. Start with your regular doctor and get all of this handled.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
