Emotional disorders can certainly provoke headaches and compromise cognitive function resulting in subjective "brain fog". Hyperventilation and panic attacks can indeed create sensations of tingling, weakness, and twitching shakiness. However, it would be more reassuring for you if your regular doctor would evaluate these symptoms to exclude an organic condition.
