No: While it's impossible to guarantee anyone they are not developing such a thing, these do not point to it at all. You do need to see a Dr to have an eval. It's possible that most of this is stress and a cascade of physical effects of anxiety. It can do lots of bad things. Consider CT Tx to learn how to manage it - Best!
