Depends: There are several types of benign brain tumors. Whether they will grow or not is entirely dependent on the type. Symptoms will depend on where the tumor is located, as well as the rate of any growth of the mass. Without knowing the type, no one can tell you what the "outlook" is. Suggest you see your neurosurgeon or neurologist who is caring for you with respect to this issue.
