You may get a blood test for HCG level to sort the issue. Alternatively you may repeat the urine test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. Consult this site: http://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/menstruation/conditioninfo/Pages/causes.aspx

Your combination of symptoms ("Bad pelvic and lower abdominal cramps, light headedness, delayed period...") should be evaluated ASAP in an emergency room. A blood betaHCG pregnancy test and a pelvic sonogram would be highly recommended.
