Had two periods a month february through april. super heavy flow (super plus tampon every one to two hours). now back to once a month periods but still heavy flow and cramps that make me feel nauseous, light headed and make it hard to even move?

You need to see a GYN doctor for menorrhagia, likely due to hormonal imbalance. You probably have iron deficiency anemia.

It would be prudent to consult a gynecologist. Your doctor can prescribe pills that can limit your period to once a year. For now take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss.
