You need to see a GYN doctor for menorrhagia, likely due to hormonal imbalance. You probably have iron deficiency anemia.

It would be prudent to consult a gynecologist. Your doctor can prescribe pills that can limit your period to once a year. For now take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss.
