It might be : It might be IUD displacement from the uterus. First check for the intra-vaginal IUD string which can be felt coming out of the cervix. If it is not there see a GYN MD who can make sure that the IUD is in its' proper intrauterine location or not.

IUD check : Lightheadness and dizziness is not likely to be related to an intrauterine device. Consider scheduling a visit and the you Obgyn can check the IUD for you. They can also do an abdominal and pelvic exam to help guide the evaluation of your symptoms
