Last month my period was 4 days late this month im 9 days early my period is normally on time and only one day is it heavy. this has been larger clots severe cramps in my lower abdomen pelvic and back. what else could it be?

Evaluation : for ovarian cyst, or endometriosis, could be causing the pain. Irregular ovulation could be causing period problems. Insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome, could be the source of ovulation issues.
